The Institute has 08 (eight) classrooms for conducting theoretical classes separately for each semester of every departments.
There are 19 (nineteen) laboratories in the College for conducting practical and technical skills. The Institute is trying to continuously improve the Laboratory infrastructure and necessary requirements.
The Institute has 01 (one) drawing hall that is equipped with drawing tables sufficient enough to accommodate students of a particular section.
For offering quality technical education, each department is has 01 (one) seminar hall where seminars and workshops of the respective department can be conducted.
There are 03 (three) workshops for various departments in the main building. Apart from these, there are also 03 (three) separate buildings for workshop.
The Institute has 01 (one) tutorial room where every department can take tutorial classes as well as remedial classes.
The Institute has 02 (two) Computer Center (CC) for catering to the computational and IT related needs of the students. The Computer Centers are utilized by every department at different time slots.
The Institute is connected with 100 Mbps Internet Bandwidth which is SUPPIied to other facilities by means of LAN. Internet Connectivity Project under GAINER Scheme of the AICTE has been sanctioned and LAN connectivity shall be installed throughout the campus which will make the whole campus internet friendly.
The computing systems are supported by 4 (four) nos. of legal system software and 27 (twenty-seven) nos. of open source legal application software.
Gomati District Polytechnic has a central library facility to support the teaching and learning needs of the Institute. The Library is rich with several fundamental and advanced learning books covering wide area of disciplines and caters to the needs of all the departments. It is being digitized through eGranthalaya supported by the NIC. At present the Institute Library has 4530 volumes of text books and 535 nos. of titles.
Library membership is open to the students, faculties and non-teaching staffs Of the Gomati District Polytechnic. All the registered members are issued membership card for all transactions in the library. The Library is accessible by the registered members on all working days during the college WOrking hours. Any registered member can borrow a text book for a period Of 15 (fifteen) days. After 15 days he/she needs to return back the text book or get it re-issued, otherwise, a penalty in the form of late fee will be charge from that Student. At a particular time, a student can borrow a maximum of 5(five) text books only. While the faculties can borrow a maximum of 10(ten) text books.
The Library also subscribes 11 (eleven) nos. of journals at present which are accessible to students and faculties for reference only
There are 3 (three) buses that ferry the students from Agartala and Udaipur and is operated by private bus service. The college authority and the guardian's forum take necessary decisions regarding terms & conditions from time to time. Apart from the college buses, local public transport facility is also available to reach the college.
The Institute has a canteen that is operated by outsourced vendor. It facilitates variety of food items in a hygienic environment. The canteen is large enough to accommodate sufficient number of diners.
The Institute has 8 (eight) nos. of security personnel engaged by outsourcing from a security agency, who man the Institute round the clock. The Institute also has 24 hours CCTV surveillance installed.
